Estramina specializes in furniture and interior pieces made from natural materials including travertine, marble, onyx, stone, wood, and other materials.
Because natural stone is formed by nature, each individual piece is unique.
Natural variations may include differences in:

Fossil or sediment markings
These natural variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered manufacturing defects when they are consistent with the nature of the material and the product description.
Product photographs are intended to provide the closest possible representation of our products. However, the appearance of natural materials may vary from photographs due to individual stone slabs, lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and production variations.
Handcrafted products may also have minor variations in dimensions, finishing, and details that are consistent with artisanal production.
Nothing in this section excludes claims relating to genuine manufacturing defects, structural damage, incorrect products, or products that materially differ from their description.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Product dimensions are provided on the relevant product page wherever applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions carefully before purchasing.
For large furniture items, customers should confirm that the product can safely pass through doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, entrances, and other access points at the delivery location.
Estramina is not responsible for problems resulting solely from insufficient access or incorrect measurements provided or approved by the customer, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

Natural stone production and international freight can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Where applicable law requires us to notify you of a shipping delay, obtain your consent to a revised shipment date, or provide an option to cancel and receive a refund, we will comply with those requirements.

SECTION 11 – DELIVERY OF LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS
Many Estramina products are large, heavy, or fragile and may require specialized freight transportation.
Delivery services may vary depending on the destination and transportation provider.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, services such as inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, lifting, stair carry, or packaging removal are not automatically included.
Customers should review the delivery service offered for their order and contact us before purchase if special delivery arrangements are required.
When receiving a large or crated shipment, we strongly recommend inspecting the external packaging and documenting any visible damage with photographs before unpacking.
Please retain the packaging until you have confirmed that the product arrived safely.
Any damage or delivery concern should be reported to hello@estramina.com as soon as reasonably possible.
SECTION 12 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers purchasing from jurisdictions including the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund rights.

SECTION 22 – CARE, USE AND INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS
Natural stone furniture is heavy and may require appropriate handling, placement, assembly, or installation.
Customers should follow any care, assembly, installation, or safety instructions supplied with the product.
Large or heavy products should be moved or installed by a sufficient number of capable persons or appropriate professionals.
Estramina is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, inappropriate cleaning materials, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or improper handling after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Natural stone surfaces may react to acidic liquids, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, impact, or inappropriate cleaning products.

SECTION 23 – FORCE MAJEURE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Estramina will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil disturbance, governmental actions, customs interruptions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, epidemics, or major infrastructure failures.
This provision does not affect any right to cancellation, refund, or other remedy that you may have under mandatory consumer law.
